Super saturated opaque colour matched by a terrific cream and black fruit nose. Named after the founder of the property, this single vineyard cabernet reserve was a real stand out at the recent Discovery Theatre tasting in London. Gorgeously refined blackberry and cassis fruit work effortlessly in tandem with the rippling tannins and bright acidity. Just 250 cases were made in 2012 with the wine being aged in new and second fill barrels for up to 24 months. Good now, but will only get better for the next 10 years.
