A medium to full-bodied red bursting with cranberry and raspberry fruits, darkening notes of plum and black cherry, incense, dusty rose, earth, and dark chocolate. The tannins are ultra-fine and gravelly, with excellent underlying acidity and a long mineral and wild-herb finish. Sourced from a ridgetop of rare ancient shale soil, on southwest exposure. CCOF Certified organic grapes. Native yeast fermented and aged in Stockinger foudres.
