The fruit is whole-bunch pressed and entirely barrel fermented, then aged sur lie for eight months in 41% new French oak. The wine shows a beautifully defined minerality through the mid-palate—a cool, wet river-stone character that remains clearly articulated despite the barrel fermentation. Rather than obscuring the site, the winemaking complements and frames it. Acidity drives the wine, lending lift and precision, while layers of crushed almond, citrus peel, elegant baking spices, and white floral notes build complexity. Stylish and finely detailed, it finishes with a distinctly saline edge that reinforces both freshness and poise.
