Following the 2017 fires in California, Dave Phinney worked with Gallo to create Burnt Sacrifice in partnership with the Napa Valley Community Foundation. Ripe brandied cherry, grapefruit, clove, smoke and cedar. Round and soft with bright, juicy red-toned fruits, a deep mineral mid-palate, good acidity, and a long finish marked by Provence herbs. 100% Pinot Noir aged 12 months in 25% new French oak.
