From Ritchie Vineyard, one of the best-known Chardonnay sites of Sonoma's Russian River Valley. Lemon curd, meringue, and honeysuckle with vanilla and brioche aromatics. Super rich and creamy on the full-bodied palate with kumquat, golden delicious apple, ripe nectarines and white plum fruit. Zest acidity. Fermented in a concrete egg and aged in the egg for nine months. Parable is owned by Austin, Texas-based businessman Fred Eppright, and the wines are made by Kale Anderson, formerly of Pahlmeyer.
