A blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Marsanne, this wine was aged for nine months in 25% concrete egg, 20% stainless steel and 55% French oak, with some of the Chardonnay fermented and aged in puncheons. An easy-drinking, silky white that showcases more Chardonnay character than any other component in the blend, it offers citrus and tropical fruit notes with nuances of white flowers.
