A coastal expression of Viognier that balances the grape’s signature aromatics with a lean, high-acid frame. Fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral oak with moderate lees stirring, it brings subtle roundness without losing precision. The nose is sweetly perfumed with candied ginger, orange peel, a hint of lemongrass, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, it shows medium viscosity and a gentle tension, finishing with a salty and citrusy lift. With just a few barrels made each year, it’s a radiant, aromatic, and quite delicious wine.
