This Chardonnay is fermented in 60% neutral French oak, with the remainder in stainless steel, undergoing 100% malolactic fermentation. It is aged sur lies for 8 months in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. Grapes are sourced from a sustainably farmed, 13.8-hectare vineyard in the Russian River Valley. This vivid, bright, and energetic white wine displays a hint of flinty minerality alongside lemon-bright and lime zest notes. Excellent mid-palate richness develops, revealing layers of citrus and orchard fruit, with touches of tropical papaya and pineapple. The wine finishes with zesty acid tension and vibrant freshness. 91
