Whole-cluster fermented and macerated on the skins for approximately 100 days in clay amphora, imparting remarkable complexity and texture. Super aromatic on the nose, it reveals enticing notes of chamomile tea, honeycomb, white tea leaves, white pepper, lemon, and jasmine. Medium-bodied, it offers a lush and silky texture, distinguishing it from "The Serpent's" Semillon, crafted without skin contact. Named "Snakeskin," this wine finishes with energy, drive, and intensity, making it an ideal companion for roast chicken, salads enriched with nuts and dried fruit, or pork dishes.
