The vineyards sourced for this wine are blue-chip estates in the Santa Lucia Highlands, though confidentiality agreements prevent their disclosure. I’ll admit, dear reader, they did tell me—and if you knew, you’d be all over this. It has that telltale supple, silky, satin-like texture and plush palate that’s ultra-creamy and irresistibly inviting, layered with raspberry and black cherry fruit, a hint of brown baking spices, and bergamot-like tannins, all culminating in a mouthwatering finish. Produced by Adam Lee (of Siduri fame) and his wife Morét Brealynn.
