The Reserve Pinot is a barrel and block selection (mostly from blocks 23, 26, and 13 in 2023) that leans into the vineyard's structure and age-worthiness. In the glass, it's deep-hued and dense in colour. The nose is surprisingly citrusy and juicy, with notes of blood orange, tart berries, and sour cherry. There's also a savoury herbal layer from fresh tarragon, a hint of wild fennel, and a subtle salinity that carries from nose to palate. This is a wine to tuck away for a little while, for when you're ready for something with more complexity.
