A blend of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon with just 1% Petit Verdot. Crafted from fruit grown in the rockier soils on the east side of the estate, aged 22 months in 97% new French oak. The wine is powerful, bold, full-bodied, and overflowing with blue-black fruit notes that are quite youthful and vibrant. The energy of the 2023 vintage, with its cooler growing season, balances the wine's intensity, creating a harmonious, floral-driven, ripe-fruited, savoury-spiced red with a grippy, tannic texture that resolves into a mouthwatering finish.
