The Bush Crispo Pinot Noir is a rich, showy wine with more body than most in the 2022 Ram’s Gate lineup. The vineyard naturally yields more tannic grapes, contributing to its solid, bold structure. A blend of mostly Pommard (also a clone with more structure) and Clone 115, the wine presents a mix of earthy and sweet notes, with ripe black plums and cherries, complemented by wood spices and a hint of potpourri. It's a powerful expression of Pinot Noir, with a linear, warm finish.
