The Anderson Valley Chardonnay is really a single vineyard wine, from the 31-acre, organically farmed Bearwallow Vineyard in the region's ‘Deep End.’ The palate favours bright notes of citrus zest, the complexity of preserved lemons, and a rich note of creamy yoghurt. The palate glints with crushed stone and ocean salinity, with whisps of savoury herbs, verbena and lemongrass. All of it underlined by a lemon curd richness.
