The Reserve Fumé Blanc is a barrel selection of the finest fruit, sourced from the Monastery block, where vines were planted in the late 1990s. Fully barrel-fermented and aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak, the wine is super expressive, offering lime zest, lemon verbena, and white flower aromas, with a kiss of acacia flower honey and beeswax. A vibrant core of creamy apple, pear, and white peach drives the palate, carried by a fabulous saline-like acidity that forms a through-line interlaced with candied minerality on the lengthy finish.
