Sourced from the Canihan Vineyard off Napa Road, below Sonoma Valley. Picked at 21-22 Brix. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. This is a salty, savoury rosé with a fantastic tannic grip and downright zippy acidity, making for intense salivation as watermelon and candied strawberry flavours abound. It's all too easy to drink and enjoy.
