A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from Mendocino County with 10 g/L of residual sugar, aged a minimum of two years en tirage and six months under cork. 20,000 bottles were produced and lifted, and fresh aromas of yellow apple with extremely bright minerality. The lively, zippy mouse infuses the palate with lemon and lime citrus, turning to baked apple, poached pear, and white peach, along with white florals and a mineral freshness on the finish.
