It builds in the glass with citrus and orchard fruit notes, accented by a gentle kiss of baking spice, before revealing a rich, frothy mousse. Excellent mineral tension carries through the saline-acid–driven finish, lending precision and lift. Disgorged October 2025; aged more than three years on the lees prior to disgorgement; dosage 0 g/L.
