From the vineyard that started it all at Seghesio, the Home Ranch was planted by the winery's founders back in 1895. It's savoury and even drives towards the umami spectrum – think hoisin sauce – while embracing rich, ripe fruits on the nose with a touch of oak spice and saddle leather. The palate is loaded with black bramble fruits, black liquorice and savoury, salty soy. An impressive balance in all that ripe fruit.
