The wine spends nine months in barrel during fermentation, with 80 months on the lees for extended tirage. Crafted by Weston Edison. Like the Brut Nature, this is full-bodied, with an expansive, voluminous character supported by around 3 grams of residual sugar, making it a little more approachable for those who like a softer bubbly with a brighter, frothier, airy mousse and a hint of nuttiness. Packed with crisp apple and poached pear notes, hazelnuts, and honeysuckle on the long, mineral-accented finish. Only 86 cases produced. A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay sourced from Charles Heintz, Durrel, Ritchie, Hyde, and Farrington. The name Sinnet refers to tying knots. So, if you tie the knot, you might want to grab this for that very special occasion.
