Produced from grapes grown in a high-elevation coastal vineyard site (400m-500m), this Pinot Noir exhibits bright red and dried fruit aromas. The palate leads to hints of cranberries, dried strawberries and lilac, with notes of dried herbs and flowers on the finish. It is a concentrated wine with the sharp vibrancy and bright red notes of a coastal Pinot Noir. The viscosity and weight of the wine reflect the winery’s more extracted style and oak regime (15 months in 52% new French oak) as well as the low yields and drier-than-average conditions in 2020.
