After nearly two decades of producing wines under the guidance of talented winemaker Aaron Pott, this estate over-delivers sip after sip. This 2015 Sympa Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is from an exceptional but small vintage, and showcases the loam and gravel soils. A pleasantly intoxicating mix of dusty black and red fruits, cassis and crushed rocks is followed by a spicy and broad-structured mouthfeel with a refreshing acid finish and soft tannins.
