This juicy, glorious rosé is from the Paso Robles icons, Tablas Creek. It was made as a homage to Provence but with a candied fruit brightness that is so beguiling. A hint of raspberry leaf follows the aromas of watermelon and basil. The palate is fresh and textured, with layers of tart and sweet red fruits combined: candied raspberry and wild green strawberries, a note of white pepper, and a wild lavender finish.
