A Mourvèdre- and Grenache-dominant blend of four Rhône varieties from the estate vineyard at Tablas Creek, this rosé wine shows a dark salmon hue in the glass. The nose is delicate yet expressive, with aromas of ripe strawberry and sweet tangerine. On the palate, the same bright fruit carries through with a subtle tannic impression that adds texture and dimension. A herbal note adds interest and character. Fresh, distinctive and structured, as its colour suggests, this gutsy rosé is gastronomic and vibrant.
