A rare varietal bottling of Cinsault from family-owned and operated Thacher Winery, showcasing some of the best of the lighter side of Paso. The nose brings bright Bing cherries, a faint floral note and earthiness, followed by a lifted, acid-driven palate. Demure, exceptionally food-friendly, and would sing with a slight chill. Proof that quality does not need to be heavy-handed in the glass.
