Rosé

With a slightly different blend than the Les Fruits Rouges from the same vintage, 60% Tibouren, 26% Cinsaut, and 14% Grenache was fermented and aged in stainless steel and neutral barrels with six months of that time sur lie. Bottle unfiltered. This is a slightly more serious rosé with excellent mineral tension on the nose, some flinty notes, and pure orchard fruit hinting at tropical melon. It is marvellously round on the palate and has a silky fruit character of raspberries, cherries, and almond blossoms. Nice and long with nuances of wild herbs.
