In the glass, the wine is a dark and brooding colour, hinting at its intensity. With fruit exclusively sourced from the prime G2 Vineyard in Willow Creek, this opens with black fruits on the nose – blackberries, currants, black cherries – and heaps of spice. The palate offers a rich flavour profile of black fruits, cracked black pepper and warming spice from extensive oak ageing; the tannins will benefit from further bottle ageing. To be released late 2025/early 2026.
