Lifted aromas of fresh herbs and flowers more than discernible fruit. But there's sweetly ripe crushed raspberry on the palate, plus hibiscus, roses and rosehip. Really sweet, which places it immediately in the New World and as far away from Burgundy as possible. Tannins are beautifully managed and well integrated, as is the acidity that freshens the finish and prevents the sweetness from being cloying.
