The most complex wine in Westborn’s inaugural release lineup, the Perpetual Cuvée is a nuanced and expressive blend of 50% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir, and 8% Meunier. The base wine is a 50/50 split between the 2020 vintage and Westborn’s perpetual cuvée. Aged 37 months on lees and disgorged in June 2024 with a dosage of 4g/L, it offers a satisfying mouthfeel and layered depth—aromas of crunchy apples, white flowers, and delicious toastiness. The balance of freshness, texture and depth makes this a standout not only within the lineup, but as a promising benchmark for the producer’s future.
