Consistently bright and delicious, with grapes grown behind the winery and from a site just down the road, making this an entirely estate-grown wine. It builds beautifully in the glass, with oyster-shell minerality, vivid citrus, hints of orchard fruit, and white-floral notes. The palate lands with a creamy core, bursting with ripe orchard fruit and grapefruit zest, framed by a saline-acid tension and cool, wet-rock minerality. The wine feels especially vivid and fresh in 2024 and is incredibly easy to drink. The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were predominantly whole-bunch-pressed after hand harvesting. 75% of the fruit was cool-fermented in stainless steel, while the remaining 25% was fermented in barrel (10% new French oak, 15% neutral French oak) using native yeast, with lees stirring every two weeks until blending, and aged in barrel for four months. The final composition is 82% Sauvignon Blanc and 18% Sémillon, and the wine is vegan and gluten-free.
