Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this is bursting with ripe fruit personality – expressive tropical fruit, underripe peach, lychee and pineapple core – all building with good palate weight and finishing with lime-bright acidity. Previous fans of this wine may recall that this Sauvignon Blanc was a North Coast appellation wine, primarily made with fruit from that region. While those fruit sources still make up a large part of the blend, it now contains some Lodi-sourced fruit, bringing added richness and depth. This would make a great house Sauvignon Blanc.
