This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard and was aged for 19 months in 100% new French oak. The result is genuinely mind-blowing, delivering classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with vivid violet and cassis aromatics, striking salinity, and a compelling blood-orange freshness. Smoky cocoa powder notes add depth, while crisp, apple-skin tannins and graphite minerality frame the dark fruit core. The intensity builds steadily, driving a long, layered, and resonant finish.
