Santa Barbara County

Medium

Cork

White

Inspired by the styles of the Mâconnais and Meursault, this wine opens with an inviting bouquet of tropical fruit, candied ginger and creamy notes of butter, layered with aromas of dried thyme and oregano. The palate balances richness and tension, showing lemon curd and stone fruit lifted by vibrant acidity. A lingering finish of toasted nuts adds depth and complexity. This Chardonnay achieves a beautiful harmony between freshness and texture, making it a natural pairing for seared scallops or miso-glazed black cod.
