From Winemaker Randall Grahm, who has partnered with the Gallo family. Grahm harvested Cinsault grapes from the Creston Ridge Vineyard in Paso Robles and co-fermented it with Syrah from the Rancho Réal vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. The Cinsault grapes were dried post-harvest in single layers for 21 days. The resulting wine offers dusty red berry fruits and cedar spices laced with vanilla. Medium-bodied with bright raspberry and cherry fruits, herbs, and delicate cedar spices finishing dry and beckoning another sip.
