A pleasant, classic Sekt style sparkler with zero dosage and four months en tirage from the ultra-high elevation Colorado Box Bar Vineyard in the Rocky Mountain state. It sits approximately 2000 metres and is farmed without any spraying. There's a saline intensity to the aromatics, with rich notes of lemon cream, a whisper of petrol and sweet honey. The palate is sleek and lively; cardamom spice and candied ginger enliven rich peach and ripe pear fruits, and it's a surprising sparkler from the high mountains of Colorado. Delicious.
