There’s a real mineral intensity to this complex Mt. Veeder Cabernet sourced from the 8.9ha Newton Vineyard. Fresh and inviting, with a core of bright acidity, this Cab resolves with pops of cocoa powder on a long finish. Crafted by second-generation vintner Michael Baldacci and aged 20 months in 75% new French Oak.
