The Unionville Big O is a Bordeaux blend with fruit coming from the Amwell and Ashenfeller vineyards in New Jersey's Cumberland County. Split three ways between Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Classic aromatics of black fruits, dried garrigue and deep violets. The palate is classic, balancing fresh berries, savoury herbals and notes of turned earth. Finishes bright and fresh, with crisp acidity and a note of blood orange zest.
