A blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Riesling, and 20% Grüner Veltliner designed to capture the full character of The Knoll – the famed 0.8ha block within Lahoma Vineyards. Notes of jasmine, white pepper, grapefruit, lime, and pith lead, with a chalky minerality and saline notes. Each grape feels distinct, yet seamlessly blended. A delicious success.
