Former apple farmers are making some interesting wines in the New York Finger Lakes at Buttonwood Grove. Aromatically subdued with hints of mint and lemon zest. The palate of this hazy Riesling Pét Nat has a lot to offer. This wine bursts with bright flavours of crisp apples, tangy tropical fruits, lemon creme and acid for days. In a word, delicious.
