A rosy, copper-colored sparkling ice wine by Johnson Estate with delicate bubbles that lift the wine’s sweetness. Honeyed fruit and dried herbal aromatics on the nose give way to orange blossom, macerated strawberries with cream, ruby red grapefruit, and apricot. Crafted from a blend of 75% Chambourcin and 25% Vidal Blanc that were frozen on the vine at harvest, then treated in the traditional method style.
