This one is a blend from three estate blocks. Its golden colour and striking acidity take the focus, firmly supporting its notes of honeysuckle, stone fruits, orange citrus, and wildflower aromatics. With a slightly tannic mouthfeel, this wine pairs best with charcuterie.
