Knapp Winery opened on Cayuga Lake in 1984 and was the first to plant Cabernet Franc for commercial use in the Finger Lakes region. The 2023 Dry Rosé features 45% Cabernet Franc alongside four other varieties, including German-variety Siegerrebe. From the blend, white hibiscus flowers lead, with red cherries, raspberries, and tart cranberries following. Brisk acidity throughout the finish.
