Produced from grapes from the sustainably farmed Passmore Vineyard, this is an exuberant, silky wine with bright high-toned fruit with aromas of violets and a slightly herbal cast. The texture is fresh and lively. It is entirely fermented as whole clusters using carbonic maceration. The wine sees no oak at all, doing its maturation in stainless steel tanks to preserve it’s grapey immediacy.
