A wildly aromatic Pinot Noir with feral notes, along with smoke, game and lots of crushed red berry fruits. The Seneca Lake farmer turned winemaker Ryan William is producing some of the most compelling wines in the Finger Lakes. The palate is loaded with fresh red fruits led by cranberries, red raspberry and a touch of blood orange. All underpinned by savoury herbs, and gamey flavours of umami and smoke. This wine is contemplative and delicious, while being just at touch on the wild side.
