Produced from the sustainably-farmed estate vineyard at Silver Thread on Seneca Lake, this provides a ripe apricot and citrus fruit character with more slate-like minerality than usual for US Rieslings. There is an admirable concentration on the palate and a lively, fresh acidity that bring this to a noticeably complex finish. Quantities produced are tiny, but this is worth the search.
