You can tell winemaker and Trestle Thirty One co-owner Nova Cadamatre had fun in the cellar with the 2024 Riesling. Round with notes of peach, nectarine and grass, this has a lingering Key lime acidity and salty, chalky minerality. The fruit, sourced from Dalrymple Vineyard on the east side of Seneca Lake, enjoyed a warm end to a long growing season. The wine was aged on lees in 60% acacia wood barrels and 40% stainless steel for depth and complexity on the palate. This shines equally on its own and with food.
