The Heather Hill estate site sits on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley, just south of the Rocks District AVA. Aromas of freshly crushed rose petals, smoky violets, and a peppercorn melange are combined with dried lavender, desert sage, and mountain scrub. It holds its elegance high as it offers a rich and textured experience on the palate. Savoury herbs envelope smoky, meaty notes, crushed basalt mineral tones, and a deft balance of black plums and warm, exotic spices finish the wine.
