This Chardonnay from the ‘lost vintage’ of 2020 shows that not all is lost. Forged on the steep slopes of the Anderson Family estate, this Chardonnay brings bright aromas of wild dill, crushed chalk, petrichor and bruised apples, eventually giving way to a palate that marches in unison. Spiced apple flavours, pear, ginger and a mineral undertone of gunpowder are carried to the finish by elegant acidity and a delightfully textured Chardonnay.
