A blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir with 1/3 Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley. Rich and harmonious on the nose, this wine with no added dosage shows lemon cream, fresh-baked bread, and hawthorne florals. Despite its aromatic depth, it’s linear and bright on the palate. Taut and lemony with savoury verbena and creamy lemon meringue to finish.
