This vintage Blanc de Noirs is pretty and perfumed from Argyle's Spirit Hill estate site in the Eola-Amity Hills. Soft floral aromas, brioche and whipped almond cream make for a lovely aromatic experience. The mousse has ample persistence, and the palate is rich with baked pear tart, strawberries and cream, and a touch of roasted hazelnuts. The finish is brilliant and has a mouth-coating persistence.
